About Team Training

ZONE5 Team Training is a revolutionary fitness concept that combines time-honored exercise techniques with the newest developments in interval training. Held in a group/team setting and led by a specially trained Personal Trainer, ZONE5 Team Training provides a high-intensity, full-body workout by combining aerobic and anaerobic cardiovascular exercise, high-energy strength training 50-minute workout. Each participant wears a state-of-the-art heart monitor which, when combined with your personal body profile, allows our computer system to calculate a target exercise zone for each individual. Progress is displayed on a monitor at the front of the class.
