What’s unique about ZONE5 Team Training?

ZONE5 Team Training is the only program implementing the new Synrgy™ multi-station functional training system into a scientifically-based High Intensity Interval Training regimen, also employing Polar™ heart rate monitoring and performance measurement systems.

OK, so what does that mean?

This means that ZONE5 Team Training is a safe, effective method to develop the body’s aerobic and anaerobic cardiovascular systems while simultaneously improving muscle mass, burning fat and increasing flexibility.

But I’m a Beginner?

Each ZONE5 Team Training participant works out at his or her own pace. While elite or professional athletes may do more reps or lift more weight than a beginner, it is each participant’s relative performance that produces results. In fact, a beginner should expect to see more immediate and dramatic results than an experienced user.

How often should I do ZONE5?

Due to the high intensity nature of ZONE5 Team Training, the recommended regimen is two to three Team Training per week. High intensity training creates what is known in the scientific community as Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption (EPOC). Also known as afterburn, EPOC is essentially an increased rate of oxygen intake that erases the body’s oxygen deficit. As the body recovers, fat stores are burned up to 24 hours post-workout.
